Mick Ely Plastering Services

No relationship with a plasterer and due to blown plaster and a new window fitting, required the services fairly urgently to repair some significant wall damage. Spoke to Mick Wednesday and had the work done by Friday lunch same week. Very easy to deal with, prompt response and great quality work. Will use again.

Mick recently plastered our hall hallway and landing. He came round to price the job, emailed the quotation through promptly but more importantly turned up to do the job on the agreed days. He protected everything, cleaned up on completion and did a very good job, at a fair price.

I just wanted to leave a review about Mick because even though he doesn’t do the rising damp injections any more, he was happy to provide me with advice and spend time looking round the house and advising me what needed to be done. Very personable guy and has the experience. Would recommend him on that basis.

Mick has done a fantastic job of plastering our garden room. He is professional, punctual and has delivered a great finish on our ceiling and walls. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of using him. He is a true tradesman who knows his craft.

Mick plastered a small loft room for us and couldn't be happier with the results. He provides an outstanding and professional service and priced very fairly. We have used Mick on several projects over the years including re-plastering a complete house! He has just finished the latest project for us which was replastering the walls and ceilings in our utility room and downstairs cloakroom. He did this at short notice and as usual Mick did an excellent job. He was punctual and left the site tidy at the end of each day. Polite and friendly and good value for money. Mick plastered our bathroom at very short notice as we'd been let down by another plasterer. Mick was polite, friendly and we were happy with the work and felt that the price was reasonable.

Mick was prompt to respond and advise on how repair a ceiling badly damaged by a leak in the bathroom upstairs. Competitively priced, he reboarded part of the ceiling and did a great job replastering. He is a reliable worker who leaves the job clean and tidy when finished. Because of the quality of his work and his pleasant demeanour, this is his 3rd time helping us out and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Mick came and skimmed all of our artex ceilings and a few walls in our new home a couple of weeks ago. He started the job within the week and did a really good job for a reasonable price. Mick was prompt each morning, professional and friendly- he even gave us some book recommendations! We would definitely use him again should we need any plastering doing.

Mick has done a few jobs for us over the years. He works to a very high standard, even on the trickiest of rooms. Everything is always left clean and tidy with a great finish rready for painting. We will definitely be calling Mick for our next project!
